ISF-Commercial Display Calibration       

It is a fact that displays as they are delivered from the manufacturer never perform at their peak, as is all to often demonstrated by inconsistencies in appearance across a number of displays.  With increased demands and performance requirements from our displays (both flat panel and projected), it is more important than ever that standards and methods be applied to eliminate these inconsistencies, and taking the environment in which the display is placed into account, adjust it to produce the best picture possible.

ISF-Commercial Calibration is only done by a technician certified by the Imaging Science Foundation.  The main elements include such things as maximizing the display's Contrast Ratio, optimizing Gray Scale and Gamma Curves, Color space and Reproduction, and more.  These are elements that go beyond just a simple adjustment of menu settings, and which add up  to an investment in the best image for your application.  

Equipment Maintenance

We offer maintenance service calls (checking equipment operation, cleaning projector filters, checking lamp life, etc.) for $299 (not including material and transportation time/costs), which cover up to 4 hours of a technician coming on site and checking overall system operation.  The components of the service include Testing of system operation and most commonly used functions, projector bulb and filter status, exterior equipment cleaning, filter cleaning or replacement as needed (filter replacement costs at additional charge), inspection of physical condition (wiring, equipment I/O etc.),  adjustment of video and audio for best performance, and submitting a report regarding the AV system’s condition and any problems that need to be addressed.  Any bulb, filter, and other component replacement costs would be reported at this time, but are not themselves included in the service charge.
